We’re excited to announce a new partnership between Kraftec and Definition Technologies, a collaboration set to bring large-volume, large-format 3D printing to Central Europe at a scale the region hasn’t seen before.
Together, we’re building toward a clear ambition: the largest fleet of custom, heavily automated large-format 3D printers in the EU. Kraftec brings the vision and industrial capacity to make it happen, while Definition Technologies adds the experienced, hands-on expertise forged in the fast-moving and highly competitive Dutch start-up scene.
This partnership isn’t about a single product or market. We see large-format additive manufacturing reshaping how things get made across packaging, construction, retail, and furniture — and we intend to expand into each of these together, combining automation, scale, and deep production know-how.
The work is already well underway. Our factory fit-out is progressing, with the first 40 large-format printers being installed. More news will follow in the coming weeks as the facility comes online.
